My baby is growing up...

Kate turned 4 yesterday. The party was exhausting, stressful(just for me), completely chaotic and so fun! The dancing and pinata were the biggest hits I think. Those kids are all so dang cute! Thanks to everyone who showed up, it was a good time! We have good friends and family. And thanks to all of Kate's cute friends and cousins for the amazing gifts! She's been playing toys non-stop.

TARA SIDE NOTE: Tara was completely embarrassed that I had my work friends' husband put together the Polly pocket "race to the mall" track. And her comments to Sally after the party were, "I'm never having kids, but if I do, they aren't having birthday parties".... LOL... it wasn't that bad. She'll eat her words, unlike she ate the cupcakes.

Love ya all! If you want to see all the pictures, just let me know and I'll send you the Costco link!

Here's some pics! The one above is with her 'boyfriend' Izzy. (He's also Kaitlin's boyfriend, you could say he's a ladies man, obviously!) SO CUTE!

Who knew?

In the NYC subway last week, some street vendors were selling dvd copies of movies that were just released in the theaters. Naturally, not being able to pass up, well basically anything, I bought 3. The quality was terrible, of course they were video taped from a movie camera in the theater.... awesome. But here's the great part. Kate has been watching Hairspray non-stop. She loves it. She took it to daycare today and wow, what a hit! So funny... all the parents want to know how we got a copy of Hairspray already... sooo funny. My 3 year old loves a terrible version of Hairspray. She's cute.

I don't know what to say...

so I'll start with the best part.
Watch this:

My sister and I have always been unofficial video critics, not that we have an credentials, it's more of a hobby I guess. When I first saw this video, I had to call her and tell her about it. She was so annoyed because she was up at 2:30 AM working on her portfolio. But I just felt strongly the NEED to share. I'd be lying if I sad I didn't LOVE the red kegger cups in the backyard party, that was amazing. And the drive thru at Taco Bell with the girls, so funny too. But then she's in this plane, all "glamorous" and by herself. So I get her fame hasn't changed her, but really it has. Anyway, not that great, right. THEN, out of no where she's in the desert with Ludacris in a Bonnie and Clyde scene. It was so damn funny. I was laughing at the confusion this video caused me. Literally, laughing. I loved it, of course. Who wouldn't? It was that bad.
